Tel: 01244 257481 Jenny’s role at Central Urban Living is to help future tenants find their perfect home as well as assisting Landlords find their perfect tenants. She also deals with the management of all homes to ensure any issues are rectified quickly and that your stay with us creates happy memories. Jenny can be found in our new office on Upper Northgate Street.

Letting Fee Information

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - Capped at £50

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the Landlord's financial losses

Late payment of rent - Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - £25 per key

Utilities included are Gas, Electric, Water, Tv Licence for communal areas. Communication services are provided free of charge.
