Arranging a Viewing

Check out our fantastic properties exclusively seen on the Stunii app or via Facebook!  Once you’ve seen a property you like get in touch and one of our friendly team will get everything arranged for you!

Reserving your House

Once you’ve decided which of our properties is right for you the next step is to meet one of our team and sign your reservation form.

It’s nice and easy and we won’t charge you a penny in deposits or fees. In fact you won’t need to pay anything until October 2022!

Tenancy Agreement

Once every member of the household has filled their reservation form, you and your personal guarantor will receive a copy of the Tenancy Agreement.

Please Ensure that you read your contract thoroughly! If you or your guarantor have any questions, please feel free to contact our office and a member of the team will be more than happy to help!

Getting the Keys and Moving In!

Now for the exciting part! Once the time comes next year to move in you will meet with one of the team who will give you a set of keys for the property and any information you need to know about the house.
